    Default Fall Flowage Eyes

Hi Don, hope thing are going well. I am curious how these cool temps have affected the fishing this last week. My friend and I are coming up for a few days next week and are hoping we can find fish. Any suggestions for us as we cool down this fall? Deeper? Rocks more than wood?

    Greenkeeper,

Temps have dropped to the low 60's in the early morning and the eyes and crappie have started to adjust to them by moving to deeper water, and as you asked, yes to the rocks. The last few day days have seen a positive movement of fish heading to deeper water and have been very easy to target, just have to figure out what deep rocks they are staging up by. Good luck out there, by the way, I have a couple of open days next week if you are interested.
