Today fishing on Lake Erie 's western basin was at best tough again. The area we fished were cone reef, niagara and crib. We used hair jigs in all colors also caught most walleyes on blade baits. Our water is still stirred up the upcoming forecasts looks positive, south winds are prevailing. The walleyes we did catch today were hogs, just not enough. We had 11 walleyes.
