I had three half day trips yesterday and the morning and evening trips went well but nothing for the midday trip. Kind of the opposite of what I would have guessed. In the morning we caught two fish and had one other go after a Suick. The two we caught were also on Suicks. They were 36 and 40 inches. Jessica caught the larger one and it flew out of the water three times about as high as a muskie can jump. Really cool.

In the evening I fished with Mark, Gene, and Herald Treland. Gene put on a great display on what not to do when a fish hits. Three times. Luckily there were enough of us in the boat to make sure he didn't forget about it. Herald also lost one by the boat. Good times.
