The DNR could have paid wages for 2 wardens for a year if the fines would of been levied more harshly. Yeah..thats a big chunck of change they got fined..but it should of been very harsh to really send a message. These crap heads should be able to hold a fishing rod or buy bait again in there lives. Violaters are like drinkers...they'll do it again...
