Eddy Swain Group, Fairfield OH
We headed out to the reefs, locust point reef was our first stop, we landed a couple walleyes using hair jigs tipped with night crawlers. We then headed out to Cone reef and caught a few walleyes on bottom bouncers and worm harnesses. Fire tiger blades where the best. We really struggled, so we decided to troll and cover some water, using planner boards and ran 14 lines off 40 jet divers between 35 - 55 back trolling very slow 2 mph. we caught 2 walleyes in 3 hours. the fish were in there but just woundn't bite. So we ended up with only a 2 limit catch. We made a joint effort to leave at 3:45 in the mourning for our 2nd day to catch walleye before day break and we casted husky jerks Black/silver and ripsticks blue/silver we landed only 6 fish before day break but really had a good time and we are still struggling to get our 6 man limit.
