Hard to say by the pic, but that looks like either the Davis boys or Lancour's rig. Esky river launch has been open for about a week, all docks are in. Esky harbor is scheduled to have the docks put in sometime next week. As of this afternoon, Gladstone harbor was open with the docks in. Kipling docks are not in.
