    Smile Finally Some PERCH

    Decided to try a new spot saturday and it paid off. Went off of the yellow gate in about 25 fow. Was set up and fishing by 6:30 and started catching fish right away. Caught 5 nice perch before 8:00 between 9 and 11 inches. By 12:00 I had 16. Went home for a quick bite to eat and then back to the shack. Afternoon was slow until about 5:00. Then the fish must of gotten hungry. Ended up bringing home 28 perch. All 8-11 inches. A plan hook with a wiggler on it was the ticket. Only caught 2 fish on a minnow. Went back out today and only caught 7 keepers. Lots of lookers. Looks like we will be having a good supper.
