What kind of knot does Scottie J use for tying floro leader to the braid and floro to snap?

Not sure what Scott uses, but I've seen them use double Unis. I don't trust myself to tie it well enough, so I use a swivel.

The double uni works well. Loop 6 to 8 wraps of line to 3to 4 wraps of florocarbon. I prefer the double nail knot because the tag end comes out of the center of the knot insteand of the side on the uni. Its easier to trim & catches less debris. There is a tool you can buy for nail knots you can find it at Corens Rod 7 & Reel (Chicago Il.) I use 80# power pro & match 80# florocarbon. time after practice with tool is about 2min fast & strong.
