Lake of the Falls?

Heading up to the cabin this weekend to work on the boat and get away from work for a couple of days. Just wondering when the fish might be accumilating at Lake of the Falls? I'd think its too early now but should be coming up in the next several weeks or so.

Any ideas?

I haven't been up to see the walleye by the dam for a lot of years. If anyone knows about when to come up and view them could you please respond. My kids would flip. Thanks.

The walleye spawn is based on the water temps. Given the forecast of below normal temps until Saturday, I would guess the weekend of April 17th would be the time to check it out. We stopped at Lake of the Falls on Saturday the 4th and the water level was very low. The rocks under the observation platform were high and dry. Pray for rain.
