Default Steve Jonesi to visit RFRG Radio

Well folks, seems like we're blessed with a bunch of good fishermen who are willing to come on the air and spill the beans about their favorite fishing tips and techniques. This coming Sunday, March 15 we'll be joined by noted guide and man about town Steve Jonesi. Steve made quite a name for himself by guiding anglers to some of the biggest muskies caught in MN over the last several years. If you've wondered what the whole MN deal is all about he's the man who knows it. Steve recently relocated back to the Rhinelander area and maybe we'll get his take on using MN methods to catch our Wisconsin fish. Tune in Sunday at 7:00 and call in with your questions for Steve.

I believe that's the reproduction of the fish that Steve's client caught a couple years ago. Quite possibly would have been the new Mn. state record if they decided to thump it instead of letting her go. You can bet we'll get the story on that one Sunday night.

After hearing about the story from two years ago, it was neat to see the replica at Hunter's Point last summer on our first trip to ML. Steve was really the only one that was on fish at that time, which was one of the down years in some time on ML.
