The 4 of us had a very poor day fishing on Tuesday. We had great conversations and solved some of the world’s most difficult problems but the fish were not moving at all for us. We only fished 5 hours and tapped out. Water temps started out around 69-70 and eventually moved to 73-ish

The amount of vegetation growing along the river bottom is going to be a real pain next month as it begins to tear away signaling the beginning of Fall. (I realize I have been saying this for several years in a row. Apparently, climate change is real.)


We will set sail again on Friday morning to see if we can put some fish in the net.
