Another good morning on "Pete". TJ and his son Alex from Belleville, WI joined me this morning. They fished with me last year on the 4th weekend, but the morning we went out it was 46 degrees when we launched, and the bite was really slow. Today we started with jigging and dead rods and had a few fish, but nothing to write home about. At 8 am we put the boards in the water and pulled Flicker Shads and Salmos. TJ was keeping count of the fish we boated, and at 10:02 we boated a 17 1/2 inch walleye the gave them their 10 walleye limit, along with a bunch of "shorties", cat, sheep's head, white bass, perch, and a northern.
