I fished with Nick and Ed from Aurora, IL this morning. The main lake was still rocking and rolling from all the wind Saturday and it wasn't looking much better for today so we opted to launch at Chester's and fish the river to get out of the wind as much as possible. We trolled the river from Chester's to near Skeeba Slough with Shad Raps and Flickers Shads and pulled flies for a while but that wasn't producing much at all. We managed to boat 5 "keepers", 1 19", 1 18", 2 17", and 1 15 1/2", 19 "shorties", 1 in the slot, 3 white bass, 1 musky at 38 inches, 2 pike, and 1 sheep head. Photos in the album.
