Here's instructions from Rich our tech guy. Hope this fix will do the trick for any of you who are having issues. It seems to be mostly related to Internet Explorer users.

1>click on the gear symbol located at the right upper corner of the browser next to the star
2> click Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced > check Override > Accept > and "Always allow session cookies". > Click ok
