Big Fish ! !

Last night I meet up with good friend Jake Smith for a few hours of musky fishing. I had a few big fish spotted and thought we would try are chances before the big storms move in. When we first arrived the sun was shinning bright but did not take long for the clouds to creap in. Jake scored first with a nice northern. We fished for a little while with nothing to show for when I had a nice upper 30" follow to the boat. I told Jake they are going to turn on soon. Not long after I holler to Jake I have nice one following. Jake looked over and I just start to do my figure 8 with my 8 1/2 foot Tooth Tammer Rod when on the first turn she smashes it. The boat side fight is on as I thumb the line to get her away from the boat not sure on how well she is hooked. She fights hard and Jake skillfully scoops her up in the net. Some times you just have to sit down and apreciate these big toothy critters that we are able to catch. We did end up getting one more nice musky before dark.
