    Default Bears at the Dump

    Many people have commented about ' back in the day ' you could go to the dump in the evenings ( and day time too .. a pictures worth a thousand words ) and see the Black Bears . Attached are two pictures my Father took , the pictures are dated August 1968 . My Dad used to get out of the car and take the pictures and my Mom would yell at him . One time he couldn't close the door fast enough and my Mom kept yelling George .. George ! They didn't swear back then in front of the kids ! Sorry , no pictures of the Wolves we used to hear howling .
