    Default OCT 3rd REPORT

Well I guess Summer is back....highs in the 70's all week...not good for anything....lots of lakes are in turnover process. With this warm weather coming, we will see a stalling process of mixing on a lot of lakes. It won't be uncommon for some heavy algae blooms this week...Big St. Germain went from clear to green over the weekend....

Muskies were active prior to the warm up...lots of fish were shallow(typical pre-turnover pattern) and reacting strongly to fast moving bucktails such as Cowgirls. Got a couple on suckers including a cool double of a 42 and 38...

Let's hope for Fall to show back up and stay!
