Default Walleye Fishing: Average Limit: NO

Well we had a great trip with the exception of 3-4 foot waves at times and managed to capture some fine walleyes. We trolled and drifted 2 miles west of west sister island in 27 feet of water. Lots of walleyes here, we trolled 40 jets back 65-75 feet using stinger spoons. Helmet was our best lure also anything with orange/chartruese. The biggest highlite of our trip came when our dipsy diver went off, the stinger spoon (helmet) back 45 foot almost busted my rod holder off the boat. Lucky Lou Zetti grabbed the rod and he had a fight on his hands, he reeled in a 36 inch Musky and was able to net the fish and wanted to eat it, I told Lou at 85 years old, that he earned the right to do anything he wanted with that fish. Congradulations Lucky Lou!
