Walleye Fishing Remains Good

These walleyes are really starting to go and this group of guys really had an enjoyable trip on Lake Erie. We headed out Saturday and Sunday with good results Sat 18 walleyes Sun 17 walleyes. These fish are huge with many 26-30 inch fish have been common. We mainly trolled using 40 jets and the best colors have been orange colors of stinger spoons. Most fish are coming back 65-75 and 60-70 on dipsy's #3 settings. the key has been troll slow 1.5-1.8 knots.
