Big Muskies for Radke outing

Tonight I had the pleasure of taking out Jon Radke and his wife for an evening of musky fishing. We headed out around 4pm and started working some familiar areas that I had worked and had action on before.

It wasn't long and we were into our first fish a nice 40+ incher that was very cooperative to get in the net but went absolutely bezerk after being netted.

Shortly after catching the first fish we start working our way down river to a new area when I hear "I got one" Then I hear Jon yell "she's got a big one" I look over and it's a big musky - mid forties for sure the fight was on!!! His wife held her ground and fought the big fish to the net and soon the beast lay in the Big Kahuna. We took a few quick photos of the musky and let her go. This was now Jon’s wife’s largest fish to date. We moved on and I had action from one other fish this evening to end our night with having action from three fish all over 40 inches.

Not a bad night to be on the water.
