When will it end?
Kay and I fished near Buckhorn Bridge Sunday afternoon for about 3 1/2 hours. Boat control was a little tough in the wind but we managed 28 nice white bass, 8 crappies and 14 short walleyes between rigging and trolling.
The white bass are in brine for pickling right now.

Keep a tight line!!!

Hey, Jerry,

I checked my fishing log for last year. Except for a couple days in early May last year, we were winded off the lake until late May. I remember that we lost almost all of May because of the wind last year. This year appears to be a repeat. I haven't been out yet, but have only had a chance over the past two weekends.

I'll guess that the white bass are getting to be good size now.

We won't get back to CR for two weeks. Please leave a few for us to catch.
