Coast Guard vessel saftey checks
A couple members of the Coast Guard Auxiliary will be performing free vessel safety checks in the parking lot of Bay View Bait and the Bay View Motel this Saturday, May 1st between 1 and 4 pm.
The exam will let you know if your boat meets state and federal safety requirements. No tickets will be issued if you don't meet all requirements. Boaters that pass will get a decal to place on their boat. You can learn more at http://www.safetyseal.net
