No fishing for me this weekend as we headed to Frostburg State (MD) to watch my daughter play in a basketball tournament.

Fishing conditions are still not great but continue to improve. Each time the river rises, leaves will continue to wash down the river. It would be so nice if the ACE would raise the river to about 4000 cfs for 1 minute and then drop it back down. The shorelines need cleaned off!
