I have been out every day this week and the fishing has been really good for numbers and size game fish their numbers per four hours have been in the teens to low twenties depending on conditions and time of day. The Pike have been best caught on slip bobber large suckers catching lots of pike between 30” to 38” The bass fishing too has been really good running the deep weed lines 13- 18 feet. Some of the bass were caught the past days on Berkley Power Baits 8” Worms in purple Texas rigged 1/8th oz. sinker. Most of the bass caught on night crawlers and leeches... As mentioned before the walleyes have been on the deeper rocks where we have been catching them on the live bait rigs. A slow hopping retrieve for the bass was the key to catching and keeping the lines tight with all the goofy winds of late.
