    Default HWY 621 Road Work

I noticed some resurfacing being done on HWY 621 around Gameland and south when I had to go into town on Wednesday.

Those of you that are crossing at Baudette/Rainy River may want to use HWY 600 as an alternate route to avoid stone chips and loose gravel that can be tough on vehicles and boats.

I would probably take HWY 600 myself if I was running my truck and/or boat down the road.

Default Gravel on 600 as well

So had to run to town and took the turn at Bergland for HWY 600. They had done some recent resurfacing there as well so some leftover gravel working its way into the oil topcoat.

I would say that the 600 route is still the lesser of two evils at this point.

    Default 600 still better

Talked to someone that was up and down 621 over the weekend and said 600 would still be the better way to go, especially with a boat.

    Default Toss up

Took HWY 600 on the way to town and 621 on the way back. Had someone that was up over the weekend at Holiday and said 600 wasnt much better than 621.

I would have to agree after driving back on 621.

Neither is perfect right now, but 621 will get more traffic and likely get rid of the loose stuff quicker than 600.
