Fishing report May 10-12th

Up from Southern Illinois was Mark, Markus and Greg.
Day one was filled with white bass and walleyes in the river and northern section of the flowage.
Day 2, took us out into the flowage looking for some walleyes. And today we went back to the river for white bass and eyes. These days weren't fast and furious but we caught some nice white bass and some good walleyes and shorts. A few catfish were mixed in each day.
For us, minnows out did plastics. 10-15 fow, a slow retrieve and patience was key.
Three men who started out as clients but ended up as new friends. I look forward to seeing you guys in the boat again.
