Don't really know the value of it... I do know that they are up to at least the 8th edition, so yours is outdated. Maybe it would have more value to a collector? But I think I paid $35 for my 8th edition; which was the most up-to-date at the time I purchased it.
Can you provide the ISBN or bar code for the book? I looked around a bit on ebay and other sites and could not find a first edition, but some of the other editions go for a fair amount.
