Lake Koshkonog

The game fish bite is really heating up much like the weather and water! We are catching many walleyes, pike, while incorporating jigging and trolling presentation. The best jig is a black orange more important is finding the lightest jig possible to keep contact with the bottom and knowing weather to use leeches or crawlers and the best trolling bait is a flicker shad. I was out this morning showing a new local property owner as well as a new boat owner a few presentations and areas around the lake that had fish biting pretty well they ended the morning with these and threw back the pike.
