March 13 - still and lots of snow - slush is getting pretty deep

nothing different on cass lake except when wayne went out to clear the road, he was driving in a lot of slush. this south end has some roads kept up but most of the fishing seems to be on Pike bay. There is an eel pout tournament there this weekend coming up and several areas will be plowed. I have a group that just came in today and they are having their spot plowed now - I'll get a idea on the fishing later.
Temps are in single digits at night and not above 30 during the day, ice is still 2' deep or better - just more slush
