One of Kobasic's ice breaking tugs will be returning to Escanaba on Wednesday, January 30th. Fishermen should use caution in the area around the shipping channel. I assume they will be returning to Basic Marine, near the coal docks on the north side of Escanaba, (for those not from the area, this will NOT effect the ice around Gladstone and Kipling.)
