Les Toth Outing

I had the pleasure of taking Les Toth out for a couple of hours yesterday to take a shot at some musky fishing.

With a front moving in we thought it would be a good opportunity to see some action. We were right. Within the first half an hour we had a nice fish come up on a Ducktail Weed Warrior jerkbait but it only nudged the bait a couple of times with its mouth and then it swam off without striking. Then shortly after that we moved to a new area and our luck turned around. Les hooked into a nice walleye that he landed and shortly after that I hooked into and landed a nice musky. Things were starting to get good but then the weather came in.

We were going to try to work a couple of more areas before heading in but the weather turned on us and we decided to head in before it got bad out. All in all we had pretty good action for a couple of hours on the water.
