Wolf River and Poygan

Fished the Wolf and Poygan this afternoon. I went out on Poygan first. When I got out there it was pretty calm but within 1/2 hour she was rolling pretty good and without a bite and by myself I decided to head back to Orihula. I stopped a couple of places north of the Rat where I saw White Bass surfacing by I couldn't get them to bite. I then went to my go to White Bass spot just north of Orihula at about 4 PM and ended up with 10 nice White Bass in a hour and a half I had quite a few other hits that I missed. Hopefully with the rain coming we will get some current going in the river. I was casting spinners up in the wood. I also had 2 Cats and 2 Goats. The wind was bad even in the river it was blowing me upstream so needless to say drifting was not a good option for me today. All in All it was a nice day to be out and I did get some fish anyway.
