River is getting back to normal flow.

The Kinzua outflow is suppose to be reduced again making the outflow number 2500 cfs for the weekend. Even though the Res. is not down to winter pool yet, there is not much water coming in from the Upper Allegheny.

I like this flow level as long as the skies are not too bright. The colder water really cleans up the algae blooms making for some very clear water during late-Fall/Winter period. I like to stay below stained creek mouths (for high sun days), if you can find one right now.
