With the beginning of November less than 1 week away, water temps here in the greater Wausau area are cold, but the musky bite has been very good. Livebait has been far-and-away the ticket for action day in and day out, and has been producing the largest fish, including a hefty 51" beauty caught and released just the other day. Trolling crankbaits and casting larger jerkbaits has at times been good, especially on the warmer days.
