August 22nd report

I had Rob and Jason out again yesterday and tough fishing is as good as I can say. These are two of the best fishermen I've ever taken out and we managed three follows and two hooked and lost fish. Five fish sounds great but for these guys that is a poor day. The second fish we had hooked seemed like a good fish. Short hit and lots of chaos and then gone. Wasn't for lack of pressure on the fish because the lure came flying back at us.

I've got Phil Cali out today and tomorrow. He usually puts a couple big ones in the boat. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Water temps were 63 in the morning yesterday and 70 at the end of the day. Cold nights!
