Anybody know about TFF building restrictions? Is it still minimum 200'frontage? Are boat houses allowed?

Zeke- you should call Iron County's zoning and planning office located in Hurley. They will fill you in on everything. In general, new structures are not allowed within 75' of the water, so most people's ideas of a boat house are now out. As far as frontage requirements, that is a county or township zoning issue. If you talk to the people at Iron county, they will either know the answer right away or put you in touch with the right people for the township in question. Anything else is speculation.
