I already posted on the morning so here's the rest of the day.
We fished hard through the rain and skirted some lightning by driving around the lake to boat three fish. One was a nice fat 22 incher that we let go. One of the others would have been a good eater and the other was a foot long. We let them all go. There was a bunch of little ones on the last spot we could have caught but that's not exactly what we were after. The pike and bass are still everywhere right now. The bass are pre-spawn so they are out on the main lake bars. Lots of those to catch. The warm weather today might get them up shallow and out of our crankbait's way. Looks like a nice day today. I think we are fishing for a little bit of everything today.
