Sunday's action was pretty much a repeat of Saturday's, lot's of eyes and all in the deep water. Using both Reeves weedless and Horsehead jigs tipped with fatheads, my client and I had a field day catching and releasing numerous deep water eyes along with a good number of small pike. The deep river channels were once again the hot spots, especially the sharp bends that seemed to hold the most fish. We did try one nice wind blown bay in hopes of finding bigger fish but had no action, so it was back to the deep to enjoy the action. Water levels seem to be about 18 inches below full pool for anyone interested.
