Here are the two pages I check for water levels on the Wisconsin River at Petenwell and Castle Rock Dams.
I sent an e-mail and asked what the action stage was, and according to NOAA (National weather service) the normal pool (or action stage) for Castle Rock is 882 feet with a summer minimum of 881.
The normal pool (action stage) for "Pete" is 924 feet and summer minimum of 923. As of 9 am April 27th both are at or above normal pool.
