Green Bay Walleye Winding Down

After an unbelievable spring that saw us catching a ton of huge Green Bay walleyes, I made one more trip as things were winding down. For the most part, the run seems to be pretty much over as there were very few fish moving through the river and quite a few suckers. I ended up catching one dandy of a fish that stretched the tape at 32". She was released to hopefully get bigger for next year. What a great start to the 2009 fishing season. Take a kid fishing
