Haven't been near the river yet, is the water level still dropping? Is it getting dangerous?

Thanks

The river level and lake are still down about 2 feet or more as of this time. Castle Rock seemed to still be about a foot low when we went home on Sunday. I will be going up this afternoon and will drive by "The Rock" again and check it out. I will also be out on the river below Nekoosa and on "Pete" Thursday and Friday and will post my observations.

You should have no problem launcing on Castle Rock, just be caucious the water is still a little low. I have not been on "The Rock" yet but the lake temps on "Pete" were in the upper 40's to low 50's, of course this depends on cloudy or sunny days.
Michael's landing tournament is this weekend.

We are heading up by the Buckhorn tonight after work also ! A friend of mine was up last week end and says the water temp was around 53 and they caught a few crappies
