any ice leaving the smaller Vilas Lakes yet? Lost Lake?

Half of the northern half of South Bay of Little St Germain Lake was ice free this past weekend. With weather in the 60s the next few days it should be ice free all the way to Black Bear Lodge soon. Saw several large notherns warming themselves along the shoreline on Friday along with huge schools of minnows.

the last couple of days has really beat up the ice....if we get any rain(PRAY!) a lot of ice will be gone by Monday....some lakes(Dam, Watersmeet) are open...doesn't really matter to me...I'd like to see the ice stay until the day before opener. Why? I think that is most will figure it out..

Thinking we are all open!!! Trout didn't look so good on Sat. a.m. and I heard on Sunday that Fence had crushed ice floating as did Tomahawk on Thursday and Fri.
