Marked lots of bigger fish with the side scan sonar tonight between Six Mile Creek and the Westport channel. A couple years ago I marked even more, and verified they were carp and catfish. McPike and I fished there for a little while that day and caught a couple cats. The water was warmer then, so I'd expect they'd move in there even more soon. The side scan sonar is so cool, in 3 to 4 FOW, and I'm seeing fish 100' away! There was one boat with two guys anchored between the rock pile and channel, and a second boat was moving around and finally anchored in front of Six Mile Creek. Didn't pay ant attention to what they were doing. In the shallows I was more concerned with not smacking something with the motor. Senior moment, I forgot already, think the water temp was around 46°F in the shallows, about 41°F across the lake. Rick
