This question makes an apparently incorrect statement;
"The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) agreement requires the Wisconsin River Power Company (WRPC) to perform a spawning survey to determine the impacts to the fishery and vegetation"
According to a representative of the (WRPC), Mr. Darren Johnson, Biologist, the (WRPC) has no knowledge of such an agreement.
