High winds, rain and cold temps. Sounds like spring fishing to me! Guys are fishing below Prides dam with some luck but the water temps are still way to cold yet. Some anglers are trying below Bradley dam for Perch but still to early here as well. We need a few days with some sunshine and warm temps. Ice anglers are doing very well on panfish, red plastics are hot! Ice thickness averages about 20 inches, shore ice is bad. Caution must be used.

has anyone been fishing at kings dam yet?
Is this about normal time for ice out or is this a little early?

A few guys been trying Kings but not much luck.

Still slowwww!! Not much going on yet, still to cold. We need a few days of sunshine and 50 degree temps.

Sarah park is still froze shut. As far as the bridge construction it is scheduled to start 2011 and run through the summer and fall of 2012. It is going to be a mess, the whole bridge and pilings are coming out.
