The browns are biting off Algoma. the lunch opened up today and you can get boats out onto Lake Michigan. Stick baits and spoons are working well.
The Walleye bite down on the Fox River is in full swing. Ball jigs and minows or stick baits are woirking well. Remeber you can only have one over 28 inches I believe.
The White Fish/Northern and Walleye bite through the ice is still going. the ice is still good in most places it will take a while to wear 40 inches of blue ice down. But use caution if going out on the ice.
Good Luck
Capt. Fritz
