Went out to try my luck the last few days, no fish or follows but it was great to be back at it. Water temps right at 36 to 37 degrees, visablity is about 2 ft. in the North half and about 3-4 ft. in the South end. Most coves still have ice in the back end, but the main lake is open.

Mason--- Know this must be a retarded ? , but since I know you are close to the Lake , and you have most likely surveyed the ramps , how does the Ice look after these two days of almost record breaking Lows...Maybe 50's and low 60's by this Friday

Funny I was thinking abou the lake yesterday and so I went by and it has a thin layer of ice from the bridge South,but is open on to the North. I'm sure it will be gone before the weekend. Hoping to get out Fri or Sat
