Thinking of coming over from central Wisconsin.I'm wondering what the conditions are out on the ice,would like to go out from yellow gate or the landing at Kipling.I saw the post about a truck going through, was hoping to be able to travel by 4 wheeler am concerned about the snow depth..Thanks Dave

It's pretty good going out there. Very little snow on the ice. Somebody mentioned at the shop that the driver that went through tried crossing a pressure crack where they shouldn't have. People have been going out of there for over two weeks and this is the only "incident" we've heard of so far. Use a little common sense, and you should be ok.
