They are icing over!

The ice is forming early this year. I talked with one of my friends yesterday after he drove around to check out "Pete". Chester Creek and Devil's Elbow are frozen over as is the north end of the main lake as far as he could see.
When Kay and I came home Friday, the Wisconsin River under the Interstate bridge was also iced over.
Has anyone been around "The Rock", or checked out Fish Lake?
I don't think it will last, but if the night time temps and the winds stay down it just might!

I will be going up on Friday. I will drive around "The Rock" and post what it looks like. I will also drive up to "Pete" if I have time.
