Judging by the USGS site, it looks like the outflow went from 9000 cfs to 1000 cfs in a matter of a couple hours. That’s a significant drop in a very short amount of time. I hope there is not a recovery mission happening somewhere downriver.

2 days later, the outflow jumps back up to 8000 cfs! Very abnormal. Maybe ice jams downriver are to blame……..
